The lamp heater can control the density of the emitted energy arbitrarily by adjusting the voltage. It is also possible to control the temperature by adjusting the position of the heated object up and down. After turning on the power, it can instantly reach over 90% of the operating temperature of the lamp heating element, allowing for rapid heating of the irradiated object. Additionally, after turning off the power, it can drop to below 10% of the operating temperature of the lamp heating element almost instantly. Since it is a unit that utilizes radiant energy, it allows for non-contact heating. There is no concern about contaminating the target object or the environment, and clean heating can be performed regardless of the heating atmosphere, whether in the air or in a vacuum. The lamp heater is designed to be suitable for various applications and is compact, requiring minimal installation space. In the heater unit, by flowing a reducing gas through the gas inflow port, it is possible to heat the irradiated object's surface without oxidation.
